As Executive Director of The Village Senior Residence, I am delighted you chose to visit our web site and research information regarding our senior living community. I am proud to share that the residents who choose to make The Village Senior Residence their home, experience a social quality of life that is definitely an exceptional added value that enhances their well being.

The staff members at The Village Senior Residence are committed to our community mission statement, which says, "To provide satisfaction through courteous, quality service in a senior living environment that is mentally, physically, and spiritually stimulating for the healthful well being of our residents."

I had a resident tell me, "As a young child, my mother told me at some time in my life I would have an opportunity to experience "a little bit of Heaven here on Earth", and I do believe I've found my share here at The Village Senior Residence. I wish I had not waited so long to make the decision to move here!"

I came on board when we broke ground for this facility in June of 1988, and with that, I am also proud to say we enjoy and appreciate staff longevity at The Village Senior Residence. I believe this is a very positive fact to mention, as staff consistency assists us in providing continuity of compassionate service and support to our residents. Our staff members really do consider our residents as extended members of their own families and, with confidence, I know many of our residents feel the same way about staff members.

Each department at The Village Senior Residence has created its own specific mission statement, to which the individual department members are committed. As you read on, gleaning information about our individual departments, each department manager will share their department mission statement.
